1. Agreement
By booking a service with Ria, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for all communication, decisions, and payments associated with the service.
2. Deposit & Payments
A deposit is required to secure any appointment. The amount may vary depending on the nature of the booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has cleared.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the service date.
2.1 Late Payments
If the final balance is not paid on time, the booking may be cancelled without refund of the deposit, and/or a £15 per day late fee may apply.
2.2 On-the-day refusal of payment
Non-payment on the day is not permitted. If payment is not made:
• Services will not begin
• Appointment treated as same-day cancellation
• Client liable for 100% of the full agreed fee
2.3 Commercial Work
Commercial bookings follow industry-standard invoicing. Payment due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 Private Clients
Balance must be paid no later than the day of service before the appointment begins.
2.5 Payment Methods
Bank transfer or cash only.
2.6 Price Adjustments
Rates vary depending on usage, time, location, and date.
3. Trials & Consultations
Trials scheduled only after deposit is received.
Cancellations within 24 hours charged in full.
4. Travel & Early Call Times
Travel: £0.45 per mile round trip.
Early starts: £50 before 6am, £100 before 5am.
Additional artists may incur extra fees.
5. Cancellations
Within 3 weeks: 40% fee at Ria’s discretion
48-hour-prior cancellations: 100% fee.
6. Group Cancellation
No reduction if one person cancels on the day.
7. Non-Cooperation
If unsafe or abusive behaviour occurs, service may stop with no refund.
8. Illness, Emergencies & Replacement Artists
If Ria cannot attend, a replacement will be sought. If none available, full refund (excluding trials).
9. Non-Payment & Debt Recovery
Unpaid fees may be pursued legally, with admin and recovery costs added.
10. Force Majeure
No liability for events outside reasonable control.
11. Health Restrictions
Clients must disclose relevant health issues. Illness-related cancellations are non-refundable.
